5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Program description. NOEMLI Consulting Inc., a trade name of 17238380 Canada Inc., operates a text messaging program for clients and prospective clients who contact us through our website chat, by phone, or by email.

Message types. Messages may include inquiry responses, meeting scheduling and confirmations, reminders, and engagement status updates.

How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting through the chat widget on this website, or by verbally consenting during a phone call.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
